Das erwartet dich

The module “Behavioral Decision Making” examines the topics of thinking processes that underlie judgment and decision-making, and the pros and cons of both rational (analytical) and intuitive decision-making (system 1 and system 2). The module also tackles the most common errors in managerial decision making (both at the individual and group levels) and why these biases happen.

In this one-week program participants will learn how to effectively negotiate and acquire practical skills for improving judgments and making effective decisions. They will understand how to overcome decision-making biases in order to improve the quality of individual and group decision-making procedures, and the design of appropriate choice architectures.
