• After taking part in the course and passing the exam, you will receive a certificate. 
• Take an active part and turn on your camera and microphone

Course Content:

If you like to improve your presentation skills and communicate your needs professionally / in academic situations, you will need to try this course, which offers you the following contents: Tips and techniques for effective presentations, different methods of presenting, improving your communication skills, body language, communicating your needs and expectations, levels of politeness in English, complaining and requesting.
